liz & stephan : engagement

Even though it was a bit cold outside, Liz and Stephan were good sports and we had fun running around Batavia and Geneva! We got some great shots! At one point, I was pretty convinced that I had models on my hands, you'll see :) Liz & Stephan are getting married in June, and I can't wait to shoot their wedding! Enjoy, guys!

post wedding pictures, take two

After hearing about Laura & Andrew's idea of a post wedding shoot, their friends and former classmates of mine, Angela & Scott, asked if I would do the same thing for them. So we bundled up and enjoyed a chilly, but beautiful, afternoon at Cantigny in Winfield. We had fun discovering all the unique and beautiful places over there, and the pictures turned out great!

Recently, I had one of my brides, Laura, inquire about the option of doing a post wedding photo shoot downtown Chicago. Laura and Andrew got married last January, and it was a bit too cold to do them then, so a few weeks ago, Laura got all gussied up in her dress and Andrew was a good sport and put on a nice suit and the three of us headed into the city! Despite being a little windy, it is the Windy City, after all, it turned out to be a beautiful day and we were able to get some great city shots! Enjoy!

garnet : senior pictures

I had the distinct honor and privilege of shooting Garnet's senior pictures down by the lovely Fox River :) We had so much fun, and even went a little crazy when we came across a fabulous gate to use in the pictures (you may spy a "model shot" here and there)!
